The 135X161X13 HS4 H is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 135mm bore (shaft), 161mm outside diameter (housing) and 13mm width, seal type HS4, with a HNBR sealing lip.
Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears. They are fitted into the housing bore with the lip facing the fluid being retained.
