We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information). Please do not include it, or other people’s personal information, in your messages or photos.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in a form on our website (contact, product enquiry, category enquiry, part identification or quote request), email or phone us, visit our Brendale store, or open a trade account. Some technical information is collected automatically when you use our website.
You can browse our website without telling us who you are, and you can ask general questions by phone without giving your name. We will need your contact details to send you a quote or reply to an enquiry.
