These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to quotes provided by Pine Rivers Bearings (ABN 36 113 316 718) (“Pine Rivers Bearings”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. About our website
Our website lets you search our range of bearings, power transmission products and industrial supplies, request quotes, and contact our team. We do not sell products online or take payment through this website. Prices are provided in a quote from our team.
2. Product information
- Product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are based on manufacturer information. We take care to keep them accurate, but errors can happen and manufacturers may change their products without notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may look different.
- Part number cross-references and interchange charts are provided as a guide only. Always check that a part is suitable for your application, including critical dimensions, load ratings and operating conditions, before fitting it. Our team is happy to help you confirm the right part.
- Catalogues and technical documents in our Knowledge Hub are supplied by the manufacturers and remain their property.
3. Stock and availability
Products shown on our website make up our range. They are not all held in stock at all times. Availability and lead times are confirmed when we send you a quote.
4. Quotes and orders
- Adding products to your quote list and submitting it sends us a request for a quote. It is not an order, and no contract is formed until we confirm your order.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 30 days if no period is stated.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. Each quote shows whether GST is included and whether freight is extra.
- Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice, or in your trade account agreement with us.
- We may decline a quote request or order, for example if a product is no longer available or a pricing error has been made.
5. Delivery and collection
You can collect orders from our store at Unit 2/348 South Pine Road, Brendale QLD 4500, or we can arrange delivery. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or delivery.
6. Returns
Please contact us before returning any product. We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion if the product is unused, in its original packaging and returned within a reasonable time. Special-order, non-stock and cut-to-length items may not be returnable for change of mind. This does not affect your rights for faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or downtime, arising from your use of this website or the information on it;
- where goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our choice, to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so; and
- we do not guarantee that this website will always be available or free from errors or viruses.
9. Photos and information you send us
When you upload photos or send us information, you confirm that you are allowed to share it and that it does not include other people’s personal information. We use it to identify parts and respond to your enquiry, and we may share it with our suppliers for that purpose, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to Pine Rivers Bearings or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own business use, but you must not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
Brand names and logos shown on this website are trade marks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products we supply and do not mean that those owners endorse this website.
11. Using our website
