The 360x400x20VCV is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 360mm bore (shaft), 400mm outside diameter (housing) and 20mm width, seal type VC, moulded in Viton (FKM).

Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears.

Viton (FKM) offers outstanding resistance to high temperatures, oils, fuels and aggressive chemicals, far exceeding nitrile where heat or harsh media are involved.
