The 6201-2RS 250C is a high temperature deep groove ball bearing from the ENC range built by BRL Bearings in Spain. With a bore diameter of 12 mm, outer diameter of 32 mm, and a width of 10 mm, this bearing conforms to ISO dimension standards and is a direct interchange for equivalent series bearings from other manufacturers.

Design & Construction

Manufactured by BRL Bearings – a Spanish specialist in high temperature rotation. AISI 52100 bearing steel rings and balls – precision ground and heat treated – carry the load. C4 radial internal clearance is fitted as standard so the bearing still runs free once the rings have grown at temperature. Both sides are closed with vulcanised rubber 2RS seals rated for continuous running at 250 deg C – keeping the grease in and kiln dust and fibre out.

Performance

Rated for a basic static load capacity of 2.84 kN, this bearing delivers dependable load-carrying ability and long calculated service life under correct operating conditions. Permissible speed reaches 5600 rpm with grease lubrication. Filled with a high temperature grease rated from -20 deg C up to 265 deg C – so no re-lubrication is needed in normal service.
