ENC UC210 270C High Temperature Insert Bearing – 50mm Bore
The UC210 270C is a high temperature wide inner ring insert bearing from the ENC range built by BRL Bearings in Spain. With a bore diameter of 50 mm, outer diameter of 90 mm, and a width of 24 mm, this bearing conforms to ISO dimension standards and is a direct interchange for equivalent series bearings from other manufacturers.
Design & Construction
Manufactured by BRL Bearings – a Spanish specialist in high temperature rotation. AISI 52100 bearing steel with a manganese phosphate surface treatment for scuffing and corrosion resistance. Radial internal clearance is increased above standard so the bearing still turns freely once the rings have expanded at working temperature. The extended inner ring is locked to the shaft with two grub screws. Steel ZZ shields on both sides retain the grease in furnace air.
Performance
Rated for a basic dynamic load capacity of 26.97 kN and a static load capacity of 19.81 kN, this bearing delivers dependable load-carrying ability and long calculated service life under correct operating conditions. Permissible speed reaches 85 rpm with grease lubrication. Packed with Molyguard CF-2 grease rated from -35 deg C up to 270 deg C.
