Finer PT 16B1-27T/L Taper Lock Sprocket – 16B-1 Simplex – 1″ Pitch – 27 Teeth – 2517 Bush

The Finer PT 16B1-27T/L is a 27 tooth taper lock sprocket for 16B-1 simplex British Standard roller chain – 1″ (25.4mm) pitch. It has a 218.8mm pitch circle diameter (PCD) and a 230.4mm outside diameter. It is bored to take a 2517 taper lock bush.

Taper lock sprockets locate on the shaft through a separate tapered bush. The bush carries the shaft bore and keyway – so one sprocket suits a range of shaft sizes – pulls up concentric as the screws are tightened and comes off cleanly for maintenance. All Finer sprockets are engineered in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

BS / ASA interchange (1″ pitch – BS 16B-1 and ASA 80-1): ASA sprockets will wrap BS chain – BS sprockets will not wrap ASA chain unless the teeth have been skimmed. Take care if using several ASA sprockets on BS chain.

Please note: this sprocket is bored to take a 2517 taper lock bush – the bush is not included. When requesting a quote – include your shaft size so the matching bush can be supplied.
