Harlingen H-60-015-001 10 Piece Damaged Bolt Remover Set

The H-60-015-001 is a 10 Piece Damaged Bolt Remover Set.

Internal threads are cut with a tap in a drilled hole and external threads with a die on bar or rod, each turned by a matching wrench. Metric and imperial forms are both covered, along with sets for progressive cutting and repair tooling for chasing damaged or rusted threads back into service.

Used for removing damaged, stripped, rusted or painted fasteners (screws/nuts/bolts) of all types

To remove damaged bolts, tap the extractor onto the head of the bolt and remove the bolt in the same direction you would normally use to remove the fastener

Works well even on flush mounted bolts and nuts.

Designed for use in areas where space is limited

Can be used with either spanners or sockets

Special 6-flute spiral design draws itself onto the fastener allowing it to loosen

The remover spline cuts into the bolt head or thread to provide a secure grip
