The TPMR160308 is a 16mm TPMR TiN Micro – Grain Carbide Semi – Finishing Insert – Pack of 10.

Indexable turning tools clamp a replaceable carbide insert in a steel shank, so a worn edge is rotated or swapped rather than reground. Holders come in left and right hand for facing and turning in either direction, with boring bars for internal work and inserts shaped for roughing, finishing and thread forms.
