The KCM 08B-1OL is a BS simplex precision offset/half link with 1/2″ (12.7mm) pitch – 8.51mm roller diameter and 7.75mm width between inner plates. Pin diameter 4.45mm – plate thickness 1.6mm – plate height 11.7mm.
An offset link – also called a half link – adds a single pitch to a chain. It lets an odd number of pitches be made up without cutting the chain back to an even length – useful where the centre distance of a drive is fixed.
Please note: this offset/half link is sold each. It suits KCM 08B-1 chain and any other BS chain of the same size.
