The KCM 100-1 is an ASA simplex precision roller chain with 1-1/4″ (31.75mm) pitch – 19.05mm roller diameter and 19.05mm width between inner plates. Pin diameter 9.54mm – plate thickness 4mm – plate height 28.9mm.

Minimum tensile strength 85.1 kN to ANSI B29.1 – average rated tensile strength 112.8 kN – maximum allowable load 22.56 kN – approximate weight 3.85 kg/m.

Precision roller chain transmits power between sprockets by positive engagement – giving a constant drive ratio with no slip. Solid bushes and rollers spread the load across the full bearing area – and heat-treated pins hold their surface hardness so the chain resists elongation over a long service life.

Please note: this chain is supplied as a complete 10FT box and is not cut to length. The price is worked out per foot – but the full box is the unit of sale and cannot be split. Connecting links and offset/half links are ordered separately.
