KCM 50-1X100 ASA Roller Chain – 5/8″ Pitch Simplex – 100FT Roll

The KCM 50-1X100 is an ASA simplex precision roller chain with 5/8″ (15.88mm) pitch – 10.16mm roller diameter and 9.53mm width between inner plates. Pin diameter 5.09mm – plate thickness 2mm – plate height 14.6mm.

Minimum tensile strength 21.8 kN to ANSI B29.1 – average rated tensile strength 29.9 kN – maximum allowable load 6.37 kN – approximate weight 1.01 kg/m.

Precision roller chain transmits power between sprockets by positive engagement – giving a constant drive ratio with no slip. Solid bushes and rollers spread the load across the full bearing area – and heat-treated pins hold their surface hardness so the chain resists elongation over a long service life.

Please note: this chain is supplied as a complete 100FT roll and is not cut to length. The price is worked out per foot – but the full roll is the unit of sale and cannot be split. Connecting links and offset/half links are ordered separately.
