The KOYO 6838ZZ is a single-row deep groove ball bearing with double metal shields (ZZ) – measuring 190mm bore x 240mm outside diameter x 24mm width.
Load ratings: dynamic 91.4 kN (Cr) and static 88.1 kN (C0r) – fatigue load limit 3.10 kN. Limiting speed 2400 rpm with grease lubrication and 2800 rpm with oil lubrication. Minimum fillet radius 1.5mm.
Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type – carrying radial and axial loads in both directions with low friction and high running accuracy. The metal shields retain the factory-filled grease and keep out dust and debris while allowing higher speeds than a contact seal.
Manufactured by KOYO (JTEKT) in chrome steel to ISO standards.
