The PIX 240-3M is an HTD (High Torque Drive) timing belt with a 3M profile (3.0mm tooth pitch) – 240mm pitch length and 80 teeth. Tooth depth 1.22mm – belt thickness 2.4mm.
HTD belts use a deep round-tooth profile that carries higher torque than classical trapezoidal belts with less backlash – giving positive – synchronous drive with no slip and no need for tensioning devices.
Please note: this belt is supplied from a sleeve and cut to width to order. When requesting a quote – enter the width required in millimetres along with the quantity of belts you need.
