The PIX 558-3M is an HTD (High Torque Drive) timing belt with a 3M profile (3.0mm tooth pitch) – 558mm pitch length and 186 teeth. Tooth depth 1.22mm – belt thickness 2.4mm.
HTD belts use a deep round-tooth profile that carries higher torque than classical trapezoidal belts with less backlash – giving positive – synchronous drive with no slip and no need for tensioning devices.
