The PIX 8M-2248-30 is a precut HTD (High Torque Drive) timing belt with a 8M profile (8.0mm tooth pitch) – 2248mm pitch length and 281 teeth – supplied precut to 30mm wide. Tooth depth 3.36mm – belt thickness 5.6mm.
HTD belts use a deep round-tooth profile that carries higher torque than classical trapezoidal belts with less backlash – giving positive – synchronous drive with no slip.
This belt is supplied precut in a common stock width – so there is no need to specify a width when ordering.
