The 250X280X16 HDS7 R is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 250mm bore (shaft), 280mm outside diameter (housing) and 16mm width, seal type HDS7, with a Nitrile (NBR) sealing lip.
Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears. They are fitted into the housing bore with the lip facing the fluid being retained.
SKF CR seals are manufactured to exacting standards for reliable, long-life sealing in industrial and automotive applications.
