The 290X330X20 HDSH7 HT is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 290mm bore (shaft), 330mm outside diameter (housing) and 20mm width, seal type HDSH7, with a Nitrile (NBR) sealing lip.
Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears. They are fitted into the housing bore with the lip facing the fluid being retained.
