The 360X400X20 HSS8 H is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 360mm bore (shaft), 400mm outside diameter (housing) and 20mm width, seal type HSS8, with a HNBR sealing lip.
Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears. They are fitted into the housing bore with the lip facing the fluid being retained.
SKF CR seals are manufactured to exacting standards for reliable, long-life sealing in industrial and automotive applications.
