The 960X1020X25 HDS2 V is a rotary shaft oil seal with a 960mm bore (shaft), 1020mm outside diameter (housing) and 25mm width, seal type HDS2, with a Viton (FKM) sealing lip.
Rotary shaft (oil) seals retain lubricant in the housing and exclude dirt, dust and moisture, with a spring-loaded flexible lip running against the shaft to maintain a positive seal as the lip wears. They are fitted into the housing bore with the lip facing the fluid being retained.
SKF CR seals are manufactured to exacting standards for reliable, long-life sealing in industrial and automotive applications.
