The SS6312-2RS FG is a stainless steel deep groove ball bearing from the ENC range built by BRL Bearings in Spain. With a bore diameter of 60 mm, outer diameter of 130 mm, and a width of 31 mm, this bearing conforms to ISO dimension standards and is a direct interchange for equivalent series bearings from other manufacturers.

Design & Construction

Manufactured by BRL Bearings – a Spanish specialist in high temperature rotation. Stainless steel rings and balls resist corrosion in damp and washdown conditions where a chrome steel bearing would rust. Standard radial internal clearance is fitted – the same as a general purpose bearing of the same size. Rubber 2RS seals on both sides keep water and washdown chemicals out of the raceways.

Performance

Rated for a basic static load capacity of 42.56 kN, this bearing delivers dependable load-carrying ability and long calculated service life under correct operating conditions. Permissible speed reaches 3250 rpm with grease lubrication. Supplied lubricated with a food grade grease and ready to install.
