The Strongbelt AT5-720 is a polyurethane timing belt with a AT5 profile (5.0mm tooth pitch) and a 720mm pitch length with 144 teeth. Tooth depth 1.2mm – belt thickness 2.7mm – 50° trapezoidal tooth form.
Made from polyurethane with a steel lacing tension cord and trapezoid formed teeth – giving high strength – low stretch and excellent wear and oil resistance.
The AT profile has a wider – flatter tooth than the equivalent T profile – spreading the load over a larger tooth face for higher torque capacity and greater positioning accuracy. Ideal for linear drives and precision positioning.
