Finer PT 100A-38 Plate Wheel – ASA 100-1 Simplex – 1-1/4″ Pitch – 38 Teeth

The Finer PT 100A-38 is a 38 tooth plate wheel for ASA 100-1 simplex roller chain – 1-1/4″ (31.75mm) pitch. It has a 384.49mm pitch circle diameter (PCD) and a 402mm outside diameter. It comes with a 26mm pilot bore.

A plate wheel is a flat sprocket plate without a hub. It is supplied with a pilot bore and is commonly bored out to suit the shaft or welded to a hub for a custom drive. All Finer sprockets are engineered in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

BS / ASA interchange (1-1/4″ pitch – BS 20B-1 and ASA 100-1): ASA sprockets will wrap BS chain – BS sprockets may need to have the teeth skimmed to run on ASA chain – the plate thickness differs.

Please note: this plate wheel is supplied with a 26mm pilot bore – it is not finish bored.
