Finer PT 100A1-25PB Pilot Bore Sprocket – ASA 100-1 Simplex – 1-1/4″ Pitch – 25 Teeth

The Finer PT 100A1-25PB is a 25 tooth pilot bore sprocket for ASA 100-1 simplex roller chain – 1-1/4″ (31.75mm) pitch. It has a 253.33mm pitch circle diameter (PCD) and a 268.5mm outside diameter. It comes with a 25mm pilot bore.

A pilot bore sprocket is supplied with a small starter bore so it can be machined out to suit the shaft – keyway and set screws. Finer sprockets are made from high quality steel with induction hardened teeth – improving resistance to wear and extending working life. All Finer sprockets are engineered in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

BS / ASA interchange (1-1/4″ pitch – BS 20B-1 and ASA 100-1): ASA sprockets will wrap BS chain – BS sprockets may need to have the teeth skimmed to run on ASA chain – the plate thickness differs.

Please note: this pilot bore sprocket is supplied with a 25mm pilot bore – it is not finish bored.
