Finer PT 16B2-76PB Pilot Bore Sprocket – 16B-2 Duplex – 1″ Pitch – 76 Teeth

The Finer PT 16B2-76PB is a 76 tooth pilot bore sprocket for 16B-2 duplex British Standard roller chain – 1″ (25.4mm) pitch. It has a 614.7mm pitch circle diameter (PCD) and a 628.4mm outside diameter. It comes with a 40mm pilot bore.

A pilot bore sprocket is supplied with a small starter bore so it can be machined out to suit the shaft – keyway and set screws. Finer sprockets are made from high quality steel with induction hardened teeth – improving resistance to wear and extending working life. All Finer sprockets are engineered in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

BS / ASA interchange (1″ pitch – BS 16B-1 and ASA 80-1): ASA sprockets will wrap BS chain – BS sprockets will not wrap ASA chain unless the teeth have been skimmed. Take care if using several ASA sprockets on BS chain.

Please note: this pilot bore sprocket is supplied with a 40mm pilot bore – it is not finish bored.
