The 16ERAG60 is a TiAlN Coated Carbide Threading Insert – 16ERAG60.
Indexable turning tools clamp a replaceable carbide insert in a steel shank, so a worn edge is rotated or swapped rather than reground. Holders come in left and right hand for facing and turning in either direction, with boring bars for internal work and inserts shaped for roughing, finishing and thread forms.
Made of micro-grain carbide with TiAlN coating
For machining of cast iron, steel and stainless steel
