The NBR HE209 is a tapered adaptor sleeve for mounting a taper-bore bearing onto a 1 1/2″ plain (unstepped) shaft. Sleeve bore 1 1/2, outside diameter 65mm, width 33mm.
The sleeve is driven up the shaft into the bearing’s tapered bore and secured with a matched lock nut (KM09) and tab washer (MB09), clamping the bearing without needing a shoulder or machined seat. This makes it a simple, economical way to locate self-aligning ball and spherical roller bearings.
