Sprockets are toothed cogs that rotate, keeping roller chains and conveyor chains in motion. They’re a fundamental component of power transmission mechanisms. Sprockets are an essential element of machinery in many industries like agriculture, manufacturing, mining, marine, and many more.

Pine Rivers Bearings stock a large range of sprockets in both American (ASA25 to ASA200) and British standard (05B to 32B) in a vast number of tooth sizes, as well as simplex, duplex or triplex styles. You can also choose from a range of plate wheel, standard pilot bore, taper lock and stainless steel sprockets.

We can also have conveyor sprockets manufactured to suit all types of conveyor chain.

Many of our sprockets have been flame-hardened to increase their strength and durability. This flame-hardening process is strengthens the area around each of the metal teeth on the sprockets, lengthening their lifespan and ensuring their reliability.
